Advertise With Us - Is Your Information Relevant to our Readers?

  • The Interconnections Information Service is concerned with babies, children and young people (0 - 25 years) who have disabilities and special needs - and with their families.
  • This can encompass children with physical, sensory, intellectual, communication, emotional and mental health needs and combinations of them as well as children with chronic illness.
  • Our Information Service is aimed primarily at people, services and organisations who offer direct support to these children and families but we appreciate that it will also be used by some young people and family members.
  • These people, services and organisations can be part of statutory services, voluntary services and private services.
  • The purpose of our Information Service is to provide relevant information to help these people, services and organisations in their efforts to support children and families.
  • The information we provide will be of direct relevance in the above context and can be about service models, research, theories, therapies, treatments, products, leisure, legislation, finance, accommodation, employment, nutrition, etc.
  • Interconnections is UK-based but the exchange of relevant information can cross international boundaries.
  • In order to protect the integrity of the Information Service, all items will be assessed for their relevance to this group of children and young people and their families.
  • The editor of the Information Service will be the final judge of whether or not an item is relevant.
