We are looking for a comprehensive assessment
tool to identify needs of disabled children
and their families. A lot of people currently talk a lot about
one joint assessment. Does it exist - if so where? Can it
work - if so how? Are there any examples of a comprehensive assessment,
consisting of a number of 'sections', in which each section
is complementary to - and builds on - previous sections?
