Bromley Early Support Programme
Invites you to attend their Open Session
To
be held on Tuesday, 8th March 2005
From 11am until 2:OOpm
At The Phoenix Children’s
Resource Centre 40 Mason’s Hill, Bromley, Kent, BR2 9JG
To learn more about the
Bromley Early Support Programme
As an original Pathfinder
site and in line with the new Government guidance, ‘National Service
Framework for Children’, Bromley Early Support, together with
many services across the Borough has played an important role
in developing the new National Early Support materials for this
multi-agency programme to improve services for children 0-3rd
birthday. This Open Session will provide an initial exciting
opportunity to “get to know” the multi-agency services working
together, view local working practice and look at the newly launched
National materials.
The day will comprise a tour of the Phoenix
Children’s Resource Centre and a presentation by the Early Support
Team. Following the launch of the new National materials
in July, Bromley was featured in the Guardian as an example of
best practice and LEA OfSTED September 2003 quote “The LEA’s work,
alongside other key agencies, in the development and investment
in early years provision at its specialist centre (the Phoenix)
is excellent’.
