Interconnections Seminar:
Team Around the Child (TAC) for
vulnerable children - including children who have disabilities
/ special needs and children who are at risk
Tuesday 6th November, 2007 – 10.00
a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Friends Meeting House, Euston Road, London,
NW1 2BJ
(Directly opposite Euston Station)
A growing number
of children have conditions or situations that require many professionals
from various agencies to work together in pursuit of effective
support for the child and the family. Since the publication of
The Team Around the Child: Multi-agency service co-ordination
for children with complex needs and their families (Interconnections,
2001), TAC has become established as a system to promote effective
joint-working in the most complex situations. This seminar will
be of interest to managers and practitioners in the UK and Ireland
who are seeking to improve their local multi-agency support for
vulnerable babies, children and young people.
