Feeling
Safe is designed
as a therapeutic group programme to help children and young people
across a wide age range to explore their own experiences of domestic
abuse and look at positive ways of dealing with feelings in a
fun and creative way.
It details
pre- and post-group activities and the 10 weekly sessions that
make up the programme. These can be used in the order presented,
as a whole or in parts. The exercises and information are flexible
and facilitators may add their own materials. The material looks
