8. NAS 2008 International Conference - Research into Practice

Taking the theme of 'Research into Practice', the NAS 2008 International Conference provides a comprehensive programme combining a wide range of guest speakers including Simon Baron Cohen, Rita Jordan, V S Ramachandran and Dr Stephen Shore. Seminar sessions will examine such themes as:

§ brain donation & the Autism Tissue Programme

The event promises to provoke interesting debate, provide opportunities to hear of the latest developments and learn more about best practice in the care and education of people with autism spectrum disorders. Most importantly, there will be the chance to network with others; professionals, families, carers and people living with autism. The conference will also be promoting the work of Research Autism.
