Teaching PCT:
TAC
with babies and children who have disabilities and special needs
– including work with children’s centres and transition into school.
3. Peter Limbrick
TAC – philosophy, principles and practice. (This
will include making the best
use of
practitioners’ time to support the growing numbers of ‘complex’
children.)
This one-day seminar will focus on
babies and young children who have disabilities / special needs
and require ongoing multiple interventions. The day has a dual
function:
1.
It provides an excellent
opportunity for service providers who are not yet using the TAC
approach to learn more about it.
2.
It is a forum for
services which are already providing a joined-up or integrated
approach (including TAC, keyworking, lead professional, CAF, family
support plans, etc.) to share experiences and compare notes with
each other.
The programme is not finalised
and has space in it for projects and services in Wales that want
to disseminate their work.
