ICWhatsNew offers an advertising service for your event. For a one off fee a description of your event (up to 400 words) is placed in the Event's Listing. Your information is also including as a stand alone item in the monthly Bulletin (it is only included in one issue of the bulletin, the month of inclusion is chosen by you), which is mailed to over 10,000 people a month. It will remain part of the event listing until the date of your event.

The charge for this service is a one off fee of £50 ( +VAT)*, and the information will remain online as long as required. For events that charge less than £75 per professional place, this entire service is provided free of charge.

The description of your event must comply with the following conditions:

• it can be up to 400 words.
• it must be provided in MSWord format, as text only - no logos, colour, boxes etc., it can contain tables.
• the event must be relevant to the ICWhatsNew readership (contact us if you would like to confirm your event meets this requirement).

Payment for this service can be done via invoice (by cheque or BACs) or online (by credit/debit card/PayPal).
