This one-day seminar will focus on babies and young children who have disabilities / special needs and require ongoing multiple interventions. The day has a dual function:

  1. It provides an excellent opportunity for service providers who are not yet using the TAC approach to learn more about it and to see how it compares with their present provision.
  2. It is a forum for services which are already providing a joined-up or integrated approach (including TAC, keyworking, lead professionals, CAF, family support plans, etc.) to share experiences and compare notes with each other.

Please bring information about your good joined-up practice
for the discussion groups and the tabletop display area
